How to Make Kerala Stew (chicken)

Prepare Kerala Stew (Chicken)

  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, pepper, cardamom, onion, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger and garlic and sauté for few minutes.

  • Step 2

    Add potato (add veggies/chicken/mutton), and water and cook for few minutes.

  • Step 3

    Add MAGGI® coconut milk powder into the curry and cook well until it is of a stew consistency.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Serve hot with appam or idiyappam.
