How to Make Coconut Danish Pastry

Prepare Coconut Danish Pastry

  • Step 1

    Take a premade Danish sheet.

  • Step 2

    In a saucepan take 200 g chopped apple and cook them until soft. Add 100g MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder Mixed with NESTLÉ MILKMAID® Sweetened Condensed Milk. Cook on slow flame and flavour with cinnamon powder.

  • Step 3

    Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool.

  • Step 4

    Roll the Danish sheet (0.5 cm thick) on tabletop and spread the mixture on it.

  • Step 5

    Roll the sheet along with the mixture and cut them into 2 inches and proof them into the round moulds until double in size.

  • Step 6

    Bake Danish pastry at 200° C for 15-20 mins post proofing.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Apply glaze on Danish pastry and serve them warm
