How to Make Coconut Crème Brûlée

Prepare Coconut Crème Brûlée

  • Step 1

    Make the custard with milk, NESTLÉ MILKMAID® Sweetened Condensed Milk, MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder, sugar and eggs.

  • Step 2

    Pour it into ramekins and bake in a water bath in a preheated oven at 180° C for 18-20 mins.

  • Step 3

    Sprinkle sugar on baked ramekins and caramelize with blow torch.
