Prepare Coconut Cookies

Step 1
Grease a baking tray and keep it aside. Preheat the oven to 180° C.

Beat the butter and sugar together until the mixture is creamy light.

Step 3
Sieve the dry ingredients. Add milk and 200 ml thick coconut milk to form soft dough.

Step 4
Mix sieved ingredients with creamed butter.

Step 5
Shape it into cookies & place them on a greased baking tray.

Step 6
Prick each cookie with a fork & bake at 180° C for 20 minutes or until fully done.
