  • Refined Flour
    900 g
  • Salted Butter
    900 g
  • Sugar
    750 g
  • Desiccated Coconut
    300 g
  • Cocoa Powder
    100 g
  • Baking Powder
    5 g
  • Vanilla Essence
    10 ml
How to Make Coconut Brownie

Prepare Coconut Brownie

  • Step 1

    Grease and dust the baking tray with refined flour.

  • Step 2

    Pre-set oven at 180° C.

  • Step 3

    Mix together flour, desiccated coconut, MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder, baking powder, cocoa powder and vanilla essence.

  • Step 4

    Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy.

  • Step 5

    Fold in mixed ingredients into the above mixture with NESTLÉ MILKMAID® Sweetened Condensed Milk and KITKAT® Bits. Add melted white chocolate. Mix well and pour into greased tray, topped with KITKAT® Bits.

  • Step 6

    Bake at 180° C for 25-30 minutes until the centre of the sponge springs back when lightly pressed.

  • Step 7

    Allow to cool in tray.

    Serve slices once cooled
