How to Make Vegetable Lasagna

Prepare Vegetable Lasagna

  • Step 1

    Make red and white sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix, tomato puree & water). Once prepared, set aside.

  • Step 2

    Take a pan and add butter, garlic, leeks, and vegetables.

  • Step 3

    Sauté for 2 minutes and then add 40 g of white sauce, salt, and crushed peppers. Cook till done and set aside.

  • Step 4

    Now take a lasagna mold and start layering with red sauce (layer as per your requirement) then follow this with a lasagna sheet.

  • Step 5

    Top this with the vegetables from step 3 (layer as per your requirement).

  • Step 6

    Add white sauce (again layer as per your requirement), cheese, basil, oregano nd crush peppers.

  • Step 7

    Repeat the process with lasagna sheets as per your requirement.

  • Step 8

    Cover the top with remaining white and red sauce and cheese.

  • Step 9

    Then gratinate it under the salamander or bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
