Makhana Kheer

Made from puffed lotus seeds, Makhana Kheer is a popular dessert that is prepared during Navratris in north India. The makhanas are lightly roasted in Nestlé Everyday Ghee before making the kheer with milk and Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk for a lovely texture. The addition of chopped dry fruits will elevate its taste even further.
