    1 tin (400 g)
  • Milk
    2 cups (300 ml)
  • Grated and mashed paneer
    500 g
  • Rose water
    2 tbsp
  • Ghee
    1/3 cup (50 g)
  • Shredded country rose petals
    1-1/2 cups
How to Make Gulab Ki Thandi Kheer

Prepare Gulab Ki Thandi Kheer Recipe

  • Step 1

    In a pan, mix together the NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Condensed Milk, milk, paneer and ghee. Bring to a boil.

  • Step 2

    Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from stove and cool to room temperature. 

  • Step 3

    Add the rose water and shredded rose petals and mix well.

  • Step 4

    Cool it down in the refrigerator before serving.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Serve chilled.
