How to Make Dulce Cheesecake

Prepare Dulce Cheesecake

  • Step 1

    Preparation of Dulce

    • a. In a saucepan, simmer the unopened can of NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Sweetened Condensed Milk in water for 2.5 hours to make caramel. Allow it to cool before opening.
  • Step 2

    Preparation of Dulce Cheesecake

    • a. In a bowl, dilute agar with 50ml water. Heat and dissolve in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
    • b. Crush cookies in a blender. Mix with melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the base.
    • c. Whip mascarpone cheese until smooth. Add fresh cream, NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Sweetened Condensed Milk, prepared dulce, and vanilla. Mix well. Add agar, beating on low speed just until blended.
    • d. Pour the mascarpone cheese mixture over the biscuit base.
    • e. Freeze for 1 hour, then refrigerate.
    • f. Demold and serve.
