How to Make Crème Brulee

Prepare Crème Brulee

  • Step 1

    Make the custard by combining NESTLÉ® A+ Milk, NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Sweetened Condensed Milk, sugar, egg, cream, and vanilla essence.

  • Step 2

    Pour the custard mixture into ramekins and place them in a water bath in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18 to 20 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Once baked, sprinkle sugar evenly over the surface of each custard. Use a blow torch to caramelize the sugar until it forms a golden crust.

  • Step 4

    For Honey Nuts

    • a. Toast mixed nuts until golden brown.
    • b. Drizzle organic honey over the toasted nuts and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serving Suggestions:

    Crème brûlée is served best with Espresso or coffee.
