How to Make Chocolate Truffle

Prepare Chocolate Truffle

  • Step 1

    Melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie or in the microwave oven.

  • Step 2

    Whisk NESTLÉ MILKMAID® Sweetened Condensed Milk into the chocolate until smooth and glossy. Add Vanilla essence.

  • Step 3

    Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until firm enough to make truffle balls.

  • Step 4

    Use your palm to coat the truffles with some melted chocolate. Roll in KITKAT® Bits to ensure the truffles are covered with the toppings.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Sprinkle red chili powder on each truffle.
