Chocolate Fudge

    400 g
  • Butter
    125 g
  • Dark chocolate
    100 g
  • Brown sugar
    50 g
  • Maida
    25 g
  • Chopped walnuts
    30 g
  • Cocoa powder
    1 tbsp (10 g)
How to Make Chocolate Fudge

Prepare Chocolate Fudge

  • Step 1

    Melt butter in a pan. Add Nestlé MILKMAID® Condensed Milk and brown sugar.

  • Step 2

    Sieve maida and cocoa powder together and add to the above mixture.

  • Step 3

    Stir over low heat until boiling. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes with constant stirring. Let it stand for 2 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Add dark chocolate, and beat until smooth. Stir in walnuts, pour into a well-greased pan, and refrigerate until set.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Cut into squares and serve.
