How to Make Chilled Cheesecake

Prepare Chilled Cheesecake

  • Step 1

    In a microwave-safe bowl, dissolve agar in 50ml water. Microwave for 15-20 seconds until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Using a blender, crush cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the base. 

  • Step 3

    In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, fresh cream, NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Sweetened Condensed Milk, and a few drops of vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy. 

  • Step 4

    Slowly add the dissolved agar mixture to the cream cheese mixture, stirring continuously to incorporate. 

  • Step 5

    Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared cookie base in the springform pan, ensuring an even layer. 

  • Step 6

    Place the cheesecake in the freezer for 1 hour to set, then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill until firm. 

  • Step 7

    Once chilled, carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and place it on a serving plate. 

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Garnish the chilled cheesecake with your favorite toppings before serving.
