  • Yoghurt
    250 g
  • Cooking Cream
    200 g
  • Vanilla Extract

How to Make Baked Yoghurt

Prepare Baked Yoghurt

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 120°C.

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, whisk NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Sweetened Condensed Milk, cooking cream, vanilla essence, and yoghurt until smooth and well combined.

  • Step 3

    Pour 120g of the liquid mixture into individual glass bowls or ramekins. Place them in a baking dish filled with water to create a water bath. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the yoghurt is set.

  • Step 4

    Chill the baked yoghurt in the refrigerator.

  • Step 5

    In the meantime, toast the mixed nuts. Once cooled, add honey and coat all the nuts evenly.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Place the honey-toasted nuts on top of the baked yoghurt and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
