How to Make Baked Cheesecake

Prepare Baked Cheesecake

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 

  • Step 2

    In a blender, crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly onto the bottom of a 9-inch baking pan to form the crust.

  • Step 3

    Bake the crust for 5-7 minutes until set. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

  • Step 4

    Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Sweetened Condensed Milk.

  • Step 5

    With the mixer on low speed, gradually add flour to the cream cheese mixture until well  incorporated.

  • Step 6

    In a small saucepan, warm the milk and add the white chocolate. Heat until the chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.

  • Step 7

    Slowly pour the milk-chocolate mixture into the mixing bowl with the cream cheese mixture, stirring continuously until smooth.

  • Step 8

    Add the fresh cream to the bowl and mix for 2-5 minutes until a smooth batter is formed.

  • Step 9

    Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Place the baking pan with the crust in a larger baking dish and fill the larger dish with hot water to create a water bath. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.

  • Step 10

    Bake the cheesecake in the water bath for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly.

  • Step 11

     Once baked, remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.

  • Step 12

    Refrigerate the cheesecake for several hours or overnight until fully chilled and set.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Serve the baked cheesecake garnished with your choice of toppings.
